Background App Refresh
Why is my app stuck syncing with the cloud?
If Beat Note is stuck at syncing, it may be due to Background App Refresh being disabled. Beat Note relies on this setting to sync your data with the cloud.
How to Fix It:
- Open Settings on your device.
- Navigate to Apps → Beat Note.
- Ensure that the Background App Refresh setting is turned on (green). (Reference screenshot below.)
- Force-close the Drum Notation by Beat Note by bringing up the app switcher on your iPhone or iPad and swiping the app off the top of the screen.
- Re-open Drum Notation by Beat Note, and restore your purchases.
✅ After following these steps, your app should resume syncing normally.
🚫 Do NOT delete and reinstall the app. This is not necessary and is not recommended to resolve issues.
